This is IMHO one of the best idea formulations to come out. Here it is in full, a how-to walk-through in precisely expressing intent and so manifesting your desired reality. If you have the video, this is well worth listening to. It is from the first hour, starting at 18 minutes in and goes on for 25 minutes.

This permission slip works very well when followed by the Threshold of Believability permission slip from Using the Tools (2014) workshop, which is described in the video of that workshop starting at 1:03:40. the description is quite short (a couple of minutes).
