What are private sessions like?

A place to talk about Bashar's teachings and anything you feel is relevant to it.

It certainly could. I'd consider this forum and the wiki to be very interesting places filled with interesting people. I did move a year ago physically to a new state (no pun intended). This is symbolic of the metaphysical/spiritual awakening I've had.

Well, you see how my themes are self-sacrifice. That is a common element in all of them, or most of them. Maybe your themes are about exploration and taking new chances? I agree that Bashar makes it so you can really branch out!

Yeah. Tanfeliz, you probably got really excited about Willa's story in Shards of A Shattered Mirror how she has her Cryptic training. For me, the part I like the most was the family who were First Contact Specialists/Explorers. Ever since I heard Bashar was one and discovered such an occupation was possible, I've wanted to be one. Linearly speaking, I know I'll be one some day - whether that's in this life or in another one. Here-and-now speaking, I know I am one right now, and I smile. I'll be working as one with the Yahyel or other civilization as soon as they let me. I'm even working on teleportation now. My lab, although modest, is being built right now where I will work on the copper ball teleportation experiment Bashar has shared. Can you imagine all the data and maps the Sassani and Association of Worlds has?!

I have been really working on my cryptic training. Yes, very exciting! I appreciated especially having the different levels delineated, so I can tell which level some different experiences are happening on. Like all of this counterpart stuff is all nocturnal level, and will be useful when I hit the shape-shifter phase.

Doesnt the theme make sense? Youre into maps and stuff. You might be a wanderer too.

Hi TanFeliz

I've trying to send you Private Messages, but the sent messages disappear! I wrote you few days ago and last night again, but the messages are gone. I've sent PM messages to Alice with no problems, so I don't know what am I doing wrong.
TanFeliz, I'm VERY interested in the counterparts topic. I've been looking for info, but there are so many different sources and many of them seem to be unreliable. You know a lot about this topic (theoretically and practically). Can you recommend me a source of information about counterparts? I have had certain dreams all my life, and maybe, I've been contacting my counterparts without knowing it. I'd like to learn how to make this contact more conscious. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me.
:)

In fact, the etymology of Absalom is "Father of Peace". TanFeliz, I'd like to understand the concept of "Counterparts". Can you explain it a little bit? Thank you for sharing your session with Bashar!!! This information is awesome.

Counterparts are other beings who are on the same oversoul. This is what you would call past and future lives, they are all ultimately the same soul, and each a separate person at the same time. The thing is that all lives exist at once, everything exists all at once. There is only here, there is only now. So while we perceive a past, present, and future, that is an illusion. There is only now.

Sariel,

That mailbox problem is something with the board. Maybe the mods can help you? I have had this happen as well, where things become stuck in the box. I send something and later find it in the outbox, and cant re-send.

It seems like you may not necessarily understand counterparts or past lives. I am not sure which Bashar sessions have the information you need, but jman probably could point you to the right one.

I think in terms of expanding on the dreams and awarenesses you already have, you may try beginning with the breathing exercise that I described for Alexa above. That is basically a transporter for me, to the place of answers. I do nine rounds of nine-count square breathing. At the end of that exercise, I promise you can find out more about the world inside yourself.

Another reason I am able to access so many of my lives is my monastic connections. Buddhists teach that monastic activities have the added benefit of assisting with past-life recall. Absalom has the abilities that he has because he copies sacred texts. So you may choose any one that works for you. I like the Sanghata Sutra or the Golden Light Sutra, but you can certainly use the Torah, the Bible, the Upanishads, or whatever works for you. Copying sacred texts is sort of like training your mind to seek higher levels. The neural networks reroute themselves.

Hope that helps

I can try. Mirror Mirror talks about this in a few places, such as how time is created (https://bashar-wiki.org/index.php/Mirro ... ite_ref-21) and how everything is here and now (https://bashar-wiki.org/index.php/Mirro ... ite_ref-48). Bashar talks about these concepts throughout many of his transmissions.

The point perhaps most relevant to this discussion is everything is happening now, so there really aren't past lives. Linearly speaking, there are experiences of past lives and future lives, but that's not mechanically what's happening. The experience is real, though. So essentially because everything is here and now (just on varying frequencies), it's all accessible to you if you can be the vibration of the information you're seeking.

Alexa,

You can start with four counts and work your way up. Keep in mind that it's a process. You might need to work your way up to it.

Also as I told Sariel, copying sacred texts can be very useful. One more thing, there is a Hawaiian shamanic practice called ho'oponopono, which is very powerful. The teacher of that does go to Romania, dr. Hew Len. His workshops might be more maddening than Bashar's though, because he literally gives the same answer to every question. Not sorry I took the workshop though.

I'm big on Ho'oponopono! Have thread on it here.

Thank you both for the info, Tanfeliz and Alice, I'll look into the ho'oponopono thing while still doing the square breathing daily. Anyway, I already have Abe and Bashar to give me the same answer every time, hihihi! Good answer, though!

About other combined practices: I've been taking MSM for the last 3 months, including before bed every night, and ever since I've started the square breathing I seem to remember my dreams a little better. They've always been vivid af, but now they seem to be overwhelmingly so. It's almost as if my main realm is my sleep time lately.

Other "side effects" include: better hair, glowing complexion and my creative processes which are through the roof lately, so I must recommend MSM.

Ho'oponopono is extremely simple and effective if you stick with it. As Bashar says, you are the dimension you think you inhabit. Life happens through you, not to you. So if you keep repeating their mantra, you stay in an exceptional place of openness and response-ability. Check out zero-wise.com.

I upped my dose of MSM to a couple tablespoons/day, including a tblsp. before bed. Wild and crazy dreams last night.

My hair etc., doing OK too
