A personal example/version of this: Just a few weeks ago, once I finally caved in & DECIDED to fully believe that it was 100% VALID & ACCEPTABLE that my neighbors played their music & video games extremely loud every night until 3-4 am, & FULLY ACCEPTED that that was part of my life, within 2-3 days it stopped!
Did I make them stop? No! I SHIFTED REALITIES! It was my ACCEPTANCE of it that allowed me to LET GO of that version of reality & SHIFT MYSELF to a version that I preferred. I realized that because I was no longer RESISTING/INVALIDATING (focusing my energy on) what I did not prefer, I was making room for the energy of the "quiet & considerate neighbors" that I preferred.
Now, with that said, yes, in a Duality-Based world, what they did was "wrong" & inconsiderate, and I did have those thoughts of Judgement & Invalidation toward them during that deliberate ACCEPTING/ALLOWING period, but I just dismissed & refuted them with: "It is 100% Valid & Acceptable... "
I'm so excited to FINALLY be at a point where I FINALLY get it! ... to FINALLY see RESULTS!
