mental health, self harm & bashar

Postby love76 » Tue Jun 13, 2017 9:30 pm

hey guys, has bashar ever spoken about self harm? can highly vibrational people self harm as a way to cope with stress in their life?
since life has no meaning aside from what we give it, not ALL forms of self harm are harming. It could be a release mechanism
and if your shifting into a new reality every moment, you dont have exactly the same memory/or body?
this is a very interesting topic :?: :!:

The idea is that all negative emotions (including stress) come from beliefs. There may be many positive ways to deal with and relieve stress (ie. letting go of beliefs), but if we have limiting beliefs about those alternatives, it may create a negative emotional response, which may make it SEEM like those options don't truly exist and wouldn't actually work, even though they may. One may always take the path they think is to their best benefit, even if it is destructive, particularly if on an emotional level they belief all the positive options will be bad for them or won't work for them.

In a way, you might say beliefs can 'trick' us by pulling on our negative emotions in attempt to keep those limiting beliefs (that cause suffering) in place.

Goodness, there are so many good ways to deal with emotional damage and experiencing pain to distract yourself from the pain that's already there, to only experience it back later seems like a good idea??
